Illustrated over 150 books, seven of them Ze’ev Prize, four IBBY-Andersen honor award winners. The JPS Children’s Illustrated Bible won the National Jewish Book Award and was a Sidney Taylor Notable in 2010; The Waiting Wall was also a Taylor notable in the same year. 

‘King Solomon and the Queen of Sheba’ (Pitspopenny Press) created entirely in Fractal Painter, won International Storytellers Honor Award and nominated for Ben-Yitzhak award and UNESCO Tolerance Award; ‘My travels with Alex’ (Kibbutz Hameuchad) received Ze’ev prize, Hans Christian Andersen Honor Award and Yad Vashem Prize..
Has illustrated numerous textbooks in English and Hebrew for University Publishing Projects ,  Eric Cohen Books, the Center for Educational Technology and helped design the  ‘Alex’ learning game.  
Illustrations have appeared in most Israeli newspapers and magazines, especially Haaretz ,Davar , The Nation, Newsview,and Haolam Hazeh,  and in the New Jersey Jewish News. Created the comic strip ‘Virtuella’ in ‘Maariv leyeladim’.
Represented Israel in the International Red Cross’  ‘People on War’ project; active in the “Cartooning for Peace” program.
Co-developed the creativity game ‘Taleblazer’, published by Buki Games. 
Since 1990 illustrator of the Jerusalem Report. 
Three years employed as senior artist-illustrator-animator at Edunetics, designed Grady’s Weather Window and participated in Message in a Fossil  (Newsweek Editor’s Choice, Education & Technology Award) and other products. 
Has done multimedia work for Edusoft (Everyday Mathematics and Berlitz English) Usbeck Gmbh (Germany); Beaumont On-Line (UK), including the website and accompanying textbooks; Compedia ( created The Magic Flower’, the first Israeli interactive book and ‘Gordy on Titan’, an English learning game); Compro; and ORT (Encyclopedia of Materials CD, design and 3D animations), a half-hour film in stills animation (pre-computer; created in airbrush and water-color) for Educational TV and storyboards and illustrations for various ad agencies, lecturers, instructional material and the IDF.

A founding member of the Israel Society for Science Fiction and Fantasy, artist of all the Society’s posters and publications including all the covers of The Tenth Dimension; has shown several exhibitions of sci-fi art including at WorldCon 2003; a member of ASFA (the Association of Science Fiction Artists). Guest of Honor, ICon 2002

In 2018 in response to his cartoon ‘The Piggie Selfie’ the Jerusalem Report decided to dispense with his services. Since then he has been publishing his ‘From the Sketchbook’ cartoon weekly in Facebook and his website.
